Sauchalaya Nirman (Toilet Construction): Our initiative aims to construct toilets in schools and slums where proper facilities are lacking, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene education for underserved communities.
In village & tribal areas, young girls face significant challenges during their periods due to the absence of proper toilet facilities. This often leads to embarrassment, discomfort, and missed school days, severely affecting their education and self-esteem. Additionally, women in slums are frequently forced to go in the open air, compromising their dignity and safety.
Slum communities are often overcrowded and lack basic sanitation infrastructure. With no proper toilet facilities, open defecation becomes a necessity, leading to severe health hazards and environmental contamination. The absence of sanitation facilities in these densely populated areas contributes to the spread of diseases and significantly impacts the overall well-being of the residents. Children growing up in such conditions face constant health risks, and the lack of privacy for women and girls poses daily challenges to their safety and dignity.
Contribute specifically to our Sauchalaya Nirman project by donating £5000. Your support will help us construct toilets for underserved communities, including schools and slums, providing much-needed sanitation and hygiene facilities. This ensures that children, especially girls, can attend school without fear or embarrassment and that women can maintain their dignity and health in safer, cleaner environments.
